Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through sinoitax.shop are processed, shipped and delivered.

We aim to provide transparent shipping information and reasonable customer support throughout the delivery process.

For shipping questions contact:

Email: info@sinoitax.shop

1. Free Standard Shipping

We provide:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for our standard shipping service unless a specific promotion or product page clearly states otherwise.

The applicable shipping information will be displayed during checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery timeframe is:

15–20 calendar days

This estimate applies from successful order confirmation and includes ordinary order handling and standard delivery.

We do not intentionally advertise a shorter delivery period and then add an undisclosed processing period on top of the stated estimate.

Australian consumer guidance emphasises that businesses should accurately communicate expected delivery times and provide solutions when products cannot be supplied on time or within a reasonable period.

3. Calendar Days

The 15–20 day estimate is expressed in calendar days, rather than business days.

Actual delivery may occasionally occur earlier or later depending on circumstances affecting the shipment.

4. Order Processing

After an order is submitted, it may undergo:

  • Payment verification;
  • Fraud-prevention screening;
  • Inventory confirmation;
  • Product preparation;
  • Packaging;
  • Carrier assignment; and
  • Dispatch preparation.

Normal order processing is included within our stated estimated 15–20 calendar day delivery timeframe.

5. Order Confirmation

Customers should normally receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address.

If you believe an order was successfully submitted but did not receive confirmation, contact:

info@sinoitax.shop

6. Shipping Confirmation

Where tracking information is available, a shipping confirmation or tracking update may be sent after dispatch.

Tracking information may take time to become active after a carrier receives shipment details.

Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean that a parcel has stopped moving.

7. Delivery Destinations

Shipping availability is determined during checkout.

An order can only be delivered where the checkout system accepts the relevant shipping destination.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions because of carrier, regulatory, product-safety or logistical requirements.

8. Multiple Packages

An order containing multiple products may occasionally be divided into separate shipments.

When this occurs:

  • Packages may arrive on different dates;
  • Different tracking numbers may be provided; and
  • Receipt of one parcel does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.

Customers are not charged additional standard shipping fees merely because an order is divided into multiple standard shipments.

9. Accurate Shipping Addresses

Customers should carefully review their shipping details before submitting an order.

Please provide:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street information;
  • Apartment or unit number where applicable;
  • Suburb or locality;
  • State or territory;
  • Postal code;
  • Country; and
  • Accurate contact information.

If you discover an error, contact info@sinoitax.shop as soon as possible.

10. Address Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an address-change request before dispatch.

However, an address cannot always be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or been transferred to a carrier.

Customers should therefore verify delivery information at checkout.

11. Delivery Estimates

The 15–20 calendar day delivery period is an estimate based on normal circumstances.

Factors capable of affecting delivery can include:

  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Customs procedures where relevant;
  • Transport interruptions;
  • Public emergencies;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Peak holiday periods;
  • Security events; and
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

These circumstances do not permit us to keep customers waiting indefinitely or remove remedies available under applicable law.

12. Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact:

info@sinoitax.shop

Please include your order number.

We may:

  • Review tracking information;
  • Contact or investigate with the carrier;
  • Verify shipping details;
  • Determine whether a parcel remains in transit; and
  • Provide an appropriate resolution.

13. Material Delivery Delays

We aim to provide customers with accurate delivery expectations.

If we become aware of a material delay affecting an order, we may provide an update where reasonably practicable.

Where an order cannot be supplied within an agreed timeframe or reasonable period, customers may have rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits those rights.

14. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package may be lost, or an order remains undelivered for an unreasonable period, contact us.

We may investigate with the relevant carrier before determining an appropriate resolution.

Where a product has not been delivered and applicable law requires replacement, refund or another remedy, we will provide the legally required remedy.

15. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking states that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check the delivery location carefully;
  • Check with other members of your household;
  • Check secure or concealed delivery areas;
  • Check with building reception where applicable; and
  • Contact the carrier where appropriate.

You should also notify us at:

info@sinoitax.shop

We will review the available information and determine appropriate next steps.

16. Incorrect Deliveries

If an incorrect product is delivered, contact:

info@sinoitax.shop

Please include the order number and information identifying the incorrect product.

Where the mistake is ours or otherwise constitutes a failure to meet applicable consumer guarantees, an appropriate remedy will be provided.

17. Products Damaged During Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, contact customer service as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label may help us assess transit damage.

A customer's statutory rights are not automatically lost merely because they did not report the problem within an arbitrary short period.

Australian consumer guarantees may require a remedy for faulty or non-conforming products regardless of store-created return deadlines.

18. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery according to their own procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

  • Attempt redelivery;
  • Leave collection instructions;
  • Hold the parcel at a collection location; or
  • Return the parcel to the sender.

Customers should follow available tracking instructions.

19. Returned-to-Sender Orders

A parcel may be returned because of:

  • An incomplete address;
  • An incorrect address;
  • An unclaimed package;
  • Failed delivery attempts; or
  • Carrier restrictions.

If a parcel is returned, contact us so we can review the circumstances.

Any re-shipping costs caused solely by customer-provided incorrect information may be the customer's responsibility where reasonable and permitted by law.

This does not apply where a shipping problem resulted from our mistake.

20. Customs and International Logistics

Depending on supply and fulfilment arrangements, a shipment may travel through international logistics networks before reaching an Australian customer.

Customs processing or cross-border transportation may occasionally affect delivery times.

Any mandatory charge that a customer is required to pay directly through our checkout will be disclosed where legally required.

We will not describe a mandatory charge as optional where it is unavoidable.

21. Free Shipping and Refunds

Because standard delivery is provided free of charge, customers do not pay a separate standard outbound shipping fee.

Return shipping treatment is explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where goods are confirmed to have a problem covered by consumer guarantees, reasonable return costs paid by the consumer must be reimbursed where required under Australian Consumer Law.

22. Change-of-Mind Returns

Qualifying change-of-mind returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return window is 30 calendar days after receipt.

Customers should contact us before returning any product.

23. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact:

info@sinoitax.shop

Requests received before fulfilment will be reviewed promptly.

Once dispatch has occurred, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible, but qualifying returns can be requested after delivery.

24. Carrier Responsibility

We may use third-party carriers and logistics companies.

The use of a third-party carrier does not automatically remove obligations that legally remain with sinoitax.shop as the seller.

Customers should therefore contact us if a material delivery problem is not resolved through ordinary tracking.

25. Fraudulent Delivery Claims

We reserve the right to reasonably investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive delivery claims.

Investigation may include reviewing:

  • Tracking events;
  • Delivery confirmation;
  • Carrier records;
  • Customer communications; and
  • Other relevant information.

Fraud-prevention procedures will not be used to deny legitimate consumer rights.

26. Changes to Shipping Arrangements

We may change carriers, fulfilment systems or operational shipping procedures from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.

If a material change affects an existing order, we will provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

27. Customer Responsibilities

Customers can help avoid delivery problems by:

  • Providing accurate contact information;
  • Providing a complete delivery address;
  • Monitoring tracking information;
  • Responding to legitimate carrier notices; and
  • Contacting us promptly when a delivery problem becomes apparent.

28. Australian Consumer Law

This Shipping Policy operates subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Online sellers have the same fundamental consumer-law responsibilities as physical sellers.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes any mandatory right or remedy.
